ISCF Summer camps
Two Discipleship Camps were Held this summer under the theme 'Breaking the Shackles'.

ISCF Camps had its first Adventure Camp this year at Happy Hills in St. Ann between August 3rd - 7th. Students from seven parishes enjoyed events such as Nature walks, Treasure hunts, Sports and swimming in the river. The programme also consisted of Bible Study and workshops on the arts among other items.

The Moorlands Discipleship Camp was held between August 21st - 26th. Students were blessed by the programme that included Bible Studies by Mrs. Faith Linton and a very exciting session on 'Chains that Bind' by Pastor Dino Nicholas.

The Camps Committee would like to thank the New York Group, which provided Money for 10 'Ginger' Scholarships. 'Ginger' Scholarships are awarded to campers who would not have been able to afford the Camp fees. These scholarships are named after former Staff worker Gene Denham whose Camp name was Ginger.
We also thank the New York Group for their gift of groceries.

Poems from camp
Who am I?

I am God's best creation
At the pinnacle, I am so special, unique
Magnificent. I am God's Master piece
In His place I belong
He has rescued me from destruction and took out of my life all obstruction
I am precious, created in his image.
I am an extraordinary man He places me in His hands.

Stacey Ann Ricketts

Who am I?

I have an eternal value
Though I may be crude
I am fearfully and wonderfully made
Though the devil tries to make me into his maid
I'm a masterpiece not a careless mistake
Who has got the Prince of Peace
And has the intelligence to create
